Our company specializes in manufacturing and franchise businesses, and we operate a franchise brand called 'INSAENG-agujjim' based on our self-produced sauce. 'INSAENG-agujjim' is the number one Agujjim franchise in Korea, selling one serving every 10 seconds, and currently operating over 180 franchise stores (including planned openings).
Agujjim and Haemuljjim are traditional Korean dishes made by adding various seasonings and vegetables to monkfish and seafood, known for their chewy texture and the spicy flavors of water parsley and bean sprouts.
Through hundreds of trials and errors, we have developed a unique golden ratio sauce made from over 20 ingredients, recognized for its specialness and patented (No. 10-2415936). Our standardized recipes ensure consistent taste across all franchise stores, achieving an average monthly sales of over 50 million won per franchise.
In addition, we have an annual production capacity of over 3,000 tons, ensuring stable sauce supply. We adhere to international standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and FSSC 22000 to comply with quality, environmental, and food safety requirements. Furthermore, we are preparing for overseas expansion with various international certifications such as HALAL and FDA.
