We secure about over one thousand fresh ingredients through trade with providers in 40 countries around the world, as well as purchasing from domestic producers, all to provide our customers with a top quality product at a reasonable price. With our HACCP certified state-of-the-art food storage facility, we develop and produce more than 30 kinds of fresh foods including sushi, processed foods, fish and mollusks.
In addition, based on our long experience and expertise in the distribution market, we have built an advanced nationwide distribution system, and in 2015 we began a cold storage business to provide end to end service, taking freshly sourced food from local producers all the way to our customers’ tables.
