Hi, we are Jelyo, the taste of nature. We started with Jangsu apple sorbet with Jangsu apples’ heart and soul. It was followed by other healthy desserts made from local agricultural produce such as Nonsan strawberries, Goheung yuzu, Jeju tangerines, Geomundo Island mugwort, Iksan sword beans, Haenam purple sweet potatoes, Bongdong ginger, and more. We do not use ordinary sugar, but opt for fair trade organic non-refined sugar, in line with ‘sustainable consumption’ and ‘value consumption’.
